Root cause: the $forbiddenphpstrings blocklist is only enforced in blacklist mode -> the default whitelist mode never touches it. The whitelist regex is also blind to PHP dynamic callable syntax (('exec')('cmd')). Either bug alone limits impact; together they reach OS command execution.
